Refunds and Replacements

Damaged: If there is significant damage to your proudct, you must notify me within a week (7 days) of receiving the package. There will be no replacements outside this time frame or without proof of damage (e.g., a picture or the product mailed back to me). 

Lost: If the reward is showing lost in the tracking system, please reach out, and we can work out the details for a replacement. If the tracking is showing the reward was "delivered," but is lost, please notify me within a week (7 days) of the package delivery date.

If, for any reason, the package is returned due to an address error (marked undeliverable) or a wrong shipping address provided, please reach out to me for help.

This is not an exhaustive list, but if there is a problem, please just reach out within the timeframe.
